Licensing and safety gate
Pass/fail. Programs must meet licensing and safety requirements before they can be ranked. We review prescriber and pharmacy licensing, prescription evaluation and medication sourcing. An unknown or failed gate does not qualify.

Reviews and complaints are assessed using BBB information and relevant FDA databases, with attention to context and source quality.
